Music

At Northwood Park Primary School, our aim is to make music an enjoyable learning experience. We encourage all children, no matter their background, to participate in a variety of musical experiences through which we aim to build up the confidence of all children and develop their curiosity all things musical.

Drama

Drama has many cross curricular links and is an extremely useful tool for improving children’s self-esteem, confidence, speaking and listening, and social skills.

​

Dance

​

Dance plays an important part within the P.E. curriculum and is also accessed within school productions and assemblies. Children take part in a dance workshop alongside their usual curriculum and a specialist dance teacher provides staff with invaluable training in many genres of dance.
